01 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the zx999 platform, including all sports betting, casino, live dealer, and slot gaming products, is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of zx999, its affiliates, or its software and content providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from zx999 or any related platform, whether voluntarily or by operator decision.

By registering an account on zx999, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If zx999 subsequently determines that you did not meet these requirements at the time of registration, or that you no longer meet them, zx999 reserves the right to close your account immediately, void any pending bets or wagers, and withhold or forfeit any balance in accordance with applicable licensing rules.

02 Account Registration

To access the wagering and gaming products available on zx999, you must register a personal account. The following conditions govern account registration and maintenance:

2.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update this information if it changes. zx999 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active zx999 account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same player — whether identified by name, CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifiable factor — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, zx999 may close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances therein.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact zx999 support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Account Currency

zx999 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion charges may apply where transactions originate from non-PKR payment instruments. zx999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees applied by payment providers.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zx999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your zx999 account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically unavailable, in which case zx999 may request additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal route. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The requesting account must have passed KYC identity verification.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• zx999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.

3.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals made via USDT TRC20 are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. zx999 is not liable for delays, losses, or discrepancies caused by blockchain network congestion, incorrect wallet addresses provided by the player, or third-party exchange rate fluctuations.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

zx999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable turnover multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the zx999 platform contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time frame will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: zx999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative manner.

zx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The most current bonus terms are always available within the Promotions section of the platform.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. zx999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: a price has been displayed in error; the event has already commenced at the time the bet was placed; or the bet amount exceeds account-level or market-level limits.

5.2 Pricing Errors

Where a bet has been placed and accepted at a price that was manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, zx999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the player's account balance. zx999 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on zx999 — including ball-by-ball cricket markets, PSL live odds, and other real-time sporting events — are subject to suspension and delay. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided. It is the player's responsibility to ensure bets are placed on current, live odds and not on suspended markets.

5.4 Results and Settlements

All markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international matches). In the event of a dispute between broadcast information and official results, the official result shall govern. Settlement of markets may be delayed pending official confirmation of the result.

5.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the timeframe specified by the applicable rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player balances, unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.

06 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game titles available on the zx999 platform are operated by certified third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified. By accessing these games, you acknowledge the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by zx999 or the player.
• The house edge (Return to Player percentage) for each title varies and is disclosed within the game information panel or provider documentation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, zx999's server logs shall be the definitive record of the game state. Where a round cannot be concluded due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may change in real time. The jackpot amount paid to the winning player shall be the amount recorded in zx999's system at the precise moment the winning combination is confirmed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zx999 platform. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Money laundering, or using the platform to facilitate any financially illicit activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal play conditions.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions (so-called "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing inefficiencies across markets in a manner that is commercially harmful to zx999.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Operator-Initiated Closure

zx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your zx999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. zx999 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

09 Responsible Gaming

zx999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zx999, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from delays, errors, or omissions in game or market settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that contains an error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the zx999 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of zx999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content from the zx999 platform without prior written consent.
• Use any zx999 brand assets, trademarks, or trade names in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

12 Privacy & Data

zx999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• zx999 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or licensing obligations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

13 Amendments to Terms

zx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, zx999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx999 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zx999 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by zx999's licensing authority. Players may also contact zx999 support at [email protected] to raise a formal complaint, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 business days.
